Get your girlfriend to get some house of autry buttermilk biscuit mix and use the directions on the package to make pancakes. Its in the flour section at you local grocery store and the are delicious.....or buy it yourself, and make her some pancakes. Hope this helps you.

She probobly does not realize how bad that they are. Maybe you could offer to help her make them one time??? That might help. Or just tell her in a very nice way that the recipe that she uses seems a little different then what you are used to. I really think the helping thing would probobly be the best....You might not be wearing the pancakes that way...........lol

Maybe you'd rather have more eggs? Sometimes it can be yeasty - those pancakes.
Or maybe you can do like I do, and just eat the sausage. I got sick of the yeasty floured pancakes.
