why the hell hes retiring hes one of the best neither hes that old .or may b its just a storyline?

He's been wrestling in the US for over 10 years and who know how much in Mexico before that. He also performs moves that would have long ago injured other wrestlers, so his body has to be broken and abused. If he feels that he can afford to retire more power to him, its been a great ride and he has rarely if ever disappointed his fans. so I say "Thank You Rey and enjoy your life."
If you will recall when Batista left for surgery back in January the WWE covered their bets by essentially treating it as a retirement as well. and now he is back in the title hunt. so while Reyu mey be gone for good, nothing is for sure in WWE.

Just a storyline. These pipo keep on retiring and coming back. Don't worry bout him. The cases of Rowdy Rod Piper, The immortal Hulk Hogan etc retired so many times but they kept coming back. Rey Mysterio will come back that is if he happens to retire.

because Chevo " a real stupid person" thinks that Rey is taking over the Guerrero family.(I know he is weird) Then they had so many matches it came down to a I Quit Match . Then Rey's leg got stuck in the pole then Chavo he keeps hitting it with a chair. So Rey said I Quit ! Then on 10/27/06 chavo was taking advantage so he kept playing the clip . After he played it a couple of times Chris Benoit came in the Chavo and the lady left the ring! Now Rey is in the hospital and his leg is broken!!

rey was supposed to have back surgery a while ago now but then he became champion they needed a story line where he was going to be able to be out for a few months with no one expecting anything and him just disappearing, as far as i have read there has been nothing about retirement

He is supposed to be out for 6 months so they made chavo over rey to have him out for a long time he will make his apperance again in about 8 months to a year

it's gotta be apart of the story line theres no wayy Rey Mysterio can be retiring..unless its all because of that "I quit" match but i dont think soo i think he's just gona fake Chavo out and then whoop his ***

they are covering there backs because he is getting knee surgery and will be out for 6 months anyway but they are saying that because they are not sure if his surgery will work and he mite not be able to wrestle the way he did before
