And where is it? I'm trying to switch to a Razor phone but it needs a sim card and I can't figure out where it is in the V262 piece of junk that I have now..

Either under the front cover, or under the battery. If this is the phone I think it is, then it is under the front cover. Slip your finger nail under the pointed end and pop it up.

All cell phones have to have a sim card to work. You might call your cell service provider and they can tell you where the card would be in the Motorola. I had no trouble finding our sim cards in our V180 (trash phone) when I switched to the new brand of phones we have now, but could not get it to fit in the new phones. Called our provider and they talked me through it. (even though I did not buy the new phones from them) They never charged me anything to help me out. Nor did they charge me fpr switching to different phones than the trash motorola ones we had gotten from them when we signed up.
