He has been off form since the World Cup but he got 2 goals at the weekend so maybe he is back. He undoubtedly can do something extraordinary and is simething to watch in full flow. So yes he is their talisman but Barca are full of exceptional players who can carry him when he is not on full throttle.

In a way, yes, although the rise of Barcelona can be traced to the season they brought in Edgar Davids and Ronaldinho.
