on their site, there is a page -> http://www.psypokes.com/lab/events.php that explains how to get things like the old sea chart, the various tickets, and so on

since they require a visit to a nintendo center in NY, USA, or participation in a nintendo event, it's not likely you'll be able to do anything to get that wild mew that you're aiming for

you might've missed the mew event - nintendo actually does announce on their site http://www.pokemon.com when they are doing events.
