why are our penis's always darker than our normal colour

it is merely normal skin pigmentation or colouring. Derived fromt he good olde days when we all went naked, the extra pigments helped reduce the risk of sunburn. Now though we all wear clothes way too much and the pigments have lightened some over many generations of prudish upbrining. However, it is still there thus your penis shaft skin and your scrotum tend to be darker than other skin on you body.
Word to the wise though. If you decide to become a nudist, don;t rely on the darker pigmentation to prevent sunburn. Always apply lots of sunscreen. A burn down there could be most unpleasant and even freaky if it starts to peel - hehe.

skin color. in Caucasians, differ in penis color most others are near the same,mulatto,brown,black, because of the area of the body and the amount of blood flow and depth of the flesh determines color,
