first of all get your self register at
mail.yahoo.com
if you already have one account then simply login into your account and press the compose button in the mail. and you are ready to send mail. all you need is to enter email adress to whome you want to send mail in "To:" and type your message also add subject in subject line

Firstly is this using webmail or through a client such as outlook express or through webmail (Where you need to use your internet program)?
To send a picture you need to attach it. The icon looks like a paperclip or it says attach.

it looks like you have yahoo. Just click compose, and write the email. If you want to add photos, just click ADD ATTACHMENTS.

click the persons 360 see if they got an email address to view and if they have click on it.
