Anyone know how to make a newton scooter?

Take any scooter,(scooters preferably)chuck it/them off the highest building you can find,and according to Newton's law of gravity it/they will drop -------and hopefully bounce into thousands of pieces.Hence,we have a newton scooter or scooters.
