Think yourself lucky. All that means is you don't have to shave so much. You don't want to start popping pills.

You could speak with your doctor about having your testosterone level checked. That may or may not be the problem. Generally it is based on genetics. Some men just can't grow a beard because the hair follicles on their faces just are strong enough to support that kind of growth.

My younger brother was in the Navy when he was in his early twenties. He had no facial hair, but they made him shave anyway. He used a shaver with no blade. He started getting a beard when he was about 25. Now he is over 40 and has to shave twice a day or he will have a 5 o'clock shadow. Count your blessings.

There is no definite age for anything in medicine...things happen early for some and late for others... you really did not provide much information...i.e have you had normal growth and development otherwise..is pubic hair growth present and normal...do your testes size feel normal etc.
But the bottom line is this...it would really be a bad idea for you to accept treatment recs. from any one on an online forum.Go to your doc. get an exam...there are certain conditions like Kleinfilters Syndrome that are acutally not very rare.
Good luck

As you grow older many men grow more hair on their body and that may fill your gaps of hair on you face. But if you just have no hair follicles there – nothing can be done that is reasonable to grow hair there unless you want to surgically move facial hair follicles there.

That's not uncommon at all. Don't go messing with your homones because of cosmetic reasons. Some men are never really able to grow facial hair.
