why don't i feel nausea when i laying down but as soon as i get up here comes the drama and yes i am pregnant

it's just one of the many blessings that happen during pregnancy.
it will hopefully die down soon and get better the farther along you are but then again sometimes it don't get better. try to eat something anything as soon as you get up. I'm hooked on Pringles. I keep a can of them beside my bed and before I even get up I eat to or three just to keep the stomach acid down. I would rather throw up pringles then just stomach acid anyday.

Usually when you feel nausea, you go lay down because it helps it subside. That's probably why you don't feel it when you are laying down.

when you are laying down there is no pressure on anything, but when you stand up there is pressure causing this reaction

That is pregancy for you.... My thing was when I smelled chicken being cook it took like 3 sec. for me to become nauseaded. There is nothing wrong, you just pregnant.
