Not certain, but I'd gues "Adam's Rib", as it was about 2 lawyers, married to each other, on opposite sides of a case. Starred real-life lovers Spencer Tracy and Katherine Hepburn.

It comes from the movie "Adam's Rib". It was made in 1949.
I watched this movie late on TCM just this week. Always a good one.
