life means living in the between birth and death of the being.
the system of living between birth and death of the being is called mapping. mapping depends upon the nurturing of the being. that is called socialization.

I believe in the statement that 'what is for you won't go past you'. I believe in fate and that things are meant to happen and there are certain people you are meant to meet. At the time it might not be clear what the reason is and sometimes it is hard to accept. At the moment I am really frustrated as I have attended several job interviews and not got a job yet so I apply this principle and believe that the job for me is out there somewhere and it will come to me.

I guess that they mean that what is going to be for you will happen! I think that if our lived are mapped out before us then atleast 90 % of us have made one wrong turn after the other!

your body is a gene-machine and nothing more; it's genes that pass from one generation to the next, not bodies.
The body is a temporary vehicle for inherited combinations of genes and when you die the body fades and thats that.
Genes are made of DNA, and you me all of us are made of the same stuff as cockroaches, swans & oak trees, four chemical bases A, T C & G which make up ALL living things, so ask yourself is a worm's life preordained by fete?
The only meaning to life is that which you give it; people like to believe in fete and destiny and god coz they are utterly scared to feel alone.
I rejoice in the fact that i have 70 years or so to open my eyes on this fragile beautiful planet of ours and experience the life that I choose for myself, the decisions that I make for myself and none is pre-ordained by god or fete.
Thats what having a social brain allows us to do, choose our own path, and thats why if you wanted to you could commit suicide and no god or fete could stop you if you did it properly.
and of course all the religions call this a sin! they HATE the fact that their almighty powerful GOD is POWERLESS to stop humans from killing themselves.
So what IS the meaning of life when we have the FREE choice to end it all any time we like? have a good think about that!

I'm a great believer in fate which is what your phrase is. I believe that there is a reason for everything we do, so as we end up in a certain place at a certain time of our lives and we experience things so as we can benefit from these experiences further down the line.

Sorry, but the meaning of life is getting a bit worn out for me. If life meant anything of any import, this question wouldn't have to be asked so relentlessly.

I've never heard that saying. But the meaning of life is firmly rooted in your belief in God. He gives our lives meaning and direction, without Him, our lives seem meaningless or boring.

"whats for you wont go past you??"
there talking about fate. it means if you are truely destined to get something you will get it no matter what.
i believe in god and jesus and i call myself a christian but i'm also kinda like a budhist because i believe thy body is thy temple and god is my conciance. and in spirits.
religion and beliefe is a very personal thing and i don't think too people believe the same thing.
