how do people make there images on myspace have glitter ?

im trying to make my images have glitter and an over lapping picture like some of the other people from myspace but i don't know what site they get it from can anyone help me

Well I'm not really familiar with myspace, but it sounds like they modified the pictures with a program like Adobe Photo Shop before posting them.
