I am a guy and my cousin wants me to wear one of her old training bras for a day after I lost a bet to her. I read something about they can be uncomfortable, is that true? Do they stick out much, I mean are they filled already or am I mean to stuff it to make it sit right?

I guess this is not the answer you need but,
I can't say if they're comfortable or not
because I never wore a bra until I needed one.
Never needed a training one.
I can say some bras I've worn that have wires
underneath are very uncomfortale.
I pull the dang wires out.
Wish this could have helped, but I doubt it.

training bras are FLAT. unless shes making you wear a cup bra. otherways, training bras are like half a leotard. i never used them much. they are mostly made to make little girls with miniboobs feel like they are almost as grown up as mommy is. theyr not uncomfortable except if you sweat alot, then they itch.
