The Addams Family, hands down. While the Munsters and their humor were cheesy, the Addams' were actually funny as they tried to make their way in the world of normals.
Do I have to even mention the great characters and gags? Lurch. Cousin It. Uncle Fester. Morticia's maneating plant. Fester lighting bulbs in his mouth. Lurch's fingers making the sandpaper sound as he prepared to play his harpsichord. I could go on and on.

I'm a fan of the Munsters because I like the characters better, especially Lily Munster. She was so cool!

The addams family in my opinion was funnier, munsters were just boring.

The Addams Family. Uncle Fester was one of the best characters on TV, and Christopher Lloyd played him great in the movies (not to mention Christina Ricci...yummy)
