Well if you are uncomfortable then I would say no thank you. I am sure she is thinking no more than a normal love for her brother and since you are disabled she figured it might be easier to get clean all at once. I would only be worried if she wanted to be naked. Be honest and say it makes you feel a little unconfortable. She is your sister after all. Tell her that you love her, but that is one thing you like to do by yourself.
