Hospitals that do therapy for recent amputees. Nursing homes, you can call and ask for the Director of Nursing and explain, she can tell you if they have diabetics or someone with 1 foot and what size. If you have a local Veterans hospital or nursing home they always have persons with these handicaps. It's nice of you to do this. If you keep reciepts you can actually deduct the price of 1 of each pairs from your taxes. Although I know that's not the reason you're doing it.

Goodwill, Salvation Army, Helping Hands Mission... or maybe even a hospital, a children's hospital or a cancer center...

try a larger organization that can par your single shoes with some they have collected elseware .
