call a Handyman - someone who can give you a free estimate. Let them look at it and tell you how big of a job it is.

I would call a roofer because there might be more to removing it than what it seems. There may also be a small hole that could need repair and the roofer can put a patch on it at the same time.

Put an add in the shopper or newspaper , for a Free Antenna tower, come and get it-

Don't do it yourself. Look in the classifieds for "work wanted" or "handyman". And make sure they'll take it away for you, AND seal the holes. It's worth it.
