Ya that sounds about right, its actualy better to expose youself to some germs to build up your immune system. They have an actual study going on that the kids that are constantly getting cleaned up and taken away from germs actualy develope sicknesses and alergies that most kids that are exposed to germs do.

Ew, I like the first rule of yours, but the others I'm not so sure about. And Germaphobes due tend to get more germs on them then they know. 99.9% germs killed leaves 1 more and they grow, and grow. Alot of them have a computer with a keyboard-somthing that has more germs on it than a toilet seat, so. I think there bout the same as the rest of us, if not more causious.

Well, I'm a bit of laid-back germaphobe... Although I don't fallow the 5 second rule, I don't always wash my hands before I eat but I use washed utensils! I don't get sick much... Only 2 or 3 times a year... :-)

There is a book out called the makers diet. It says there are natural things that the body needs to be healthy. Being clean is all well and good but if you are never exposed to germs, dirt etc. Your system can't build up the necessary immunities to illnesses and diseases.

There is something to the idea that underexposure to germs can weaken a person's immune system. I even heard of one doctor suggesting people eat their boogers as a way of innoculating themselves. (No, I'm not kidding.)
The five second rule, however, is total BS. Bacteria don't sit there thinking "Hey... is that food? I guess I'll mosey on over there and have me a... hey! Where'd it go?" They react immediately to the chemical stimulation and pounce. If there's bacteria on a surface food touches, it's on the food.

I don't share food, if I use something once it has to be washed, if it drops my dog gets it, I ALWAYS wash my hands, I took a sanitation class in college and adhere to all the safty measures, I never get sick either. My roommate on the other hand was always sick but she ate unrefrigerated food and didn't wash her hands after she used the restroom it grossed me out.

those scrumptious 'organic and organic herb' cakes settle them down even as they are nicely, no want to look ahead to some random ailment. Mine type of talks like Mr. Bean after some them. I call all my acquaintances over to snort at him with me. Then we devour cakes. If it really is not love then i do not comprehend what's.
