Numbing of my hand sometimes happen while sleeping and I am awaken by it. All i do is press it several times and it soon disappears.

It sounds like you have poor circulation. You should see your doctor and get a stress test done.

Me too. It's because of poor circulation. My bet is that you, like me, are overweight. Once you get the blood flowing into your limbs, the numbness goes away.
Try losing weight (easier said than done-ha-ha!) and getting some exercise, like brisk walking, to get your blood flowing.

perhaps you're in basic terms truly tiring ur leg muscle tissues, once I jog and get previous the snapping factor the place u now no longer experience like ur legs are drained, in basic terms kinda there and protecting u moving. my legs would be numb and sore and almost painful on the tip and take somewhat to flow back to customary.

it could a pinched nerve,bad blood circulation,high cholesterol,
you may want to see your physician for a checkup...
