I used to sell high end gifts and PM was one of the things that I sold...all their stuff is made in China unless of course they found someplace cheaper...
Now if you want to know where they came from originally then get on Highway 44 in Missouri head west and you will see signs about Precious Moments and you can visit Carthage Missouri and see where all the stuff came from and I think there is a church there where folks can get married...I always thought that they were creepy but obviously Lots of people disagree...

There's actually a factory in Iloilo, Philippines, but they manufacture the vinyl dolls.
