The government may assume your bad or good depending on the person. The judiciary on the other hand must assume your innocent.

It really depends on the political bias of the government.

In California, with Democrats in charge, they love the criminal but hate the law abiding citizen. They alway try to pass more restrictive laws affecting the good people.

obviously they think you are subhuman sinners
they have police and judges for the masses
and then charge you taxes to pay their salaries
they don't think your bad, just stupid.
so, I don't think they care one way or another as long as they get theirs. Kind of like a john to a prostitue.

I believe that people have choices, and choose to bad or good. I also believe that there are certain factors that contribute to this decision.

Conservatives view them as bad from the start, so they must make laws to keep them from being bad and lead them to good

Liberals view them as good to the start and corrupted by society, so they must try and change society and help them, because its not their fault
