yes, i realize it wasn't Quicksilver, it was Sci-Fighters w/ Billy Blanks. "Quicksilver" was some type of code name for Billy's character.

Piper has appeared in approximately 31 films - two of which have yet to be released, including They Live and Hell Comes to Frogtown. However, he didn't appear in 1986's Quicksilver.
