If I understand this correctly, you need 1 more year of college to finish your Bachelors degree from a US university, correct? If so, you will need to apply as a transfer student. Check out the admissions website for the schools you want to apply to and focus on the admission requirements for transfer students. You may not need SAT scores, but you will definitely need to submit TOEFL scores. For a PhD in Physics, you will need to have a US bachelor's degree or the equivalent (a 4-year degree), GRE scores, TOEFL scores (if they are older than 2 years) and a statement of purpose where you can write about your goals, your interests and your background. Most universities also require two or three recommendations from previous professors or employers.

Can you do a M.S. in Physics?

Since you've done BSC, you'll be admitted.

Do PhD after M.S.
