This is actually a two part question:

1. Have you ever heard anyone say this?

2. Since I have and therefore know some people think this way, I'd like to know why.

You, like pretty much everyone else that responded to this question, didn't actually read it. The "question" seemed to me to be more like a title. The actual questions came after that in the description. The actual questions were:

1. Have you ever heard anyone say this?

2. Since I have and therefore know some people think this way, I'd like to know why. (Paraphrased: To all the people who actually agree that black people cannot be racist, why do you think this?)

I find it hilarious that you hint that the author is a racist. An opinion that you came to by garnering false information caused by carelessness. At no point did thepiperad give any hint that he was racist. He wanted to know how prevalent the view that black people could not be racist was, and he wanted to know why some people think that.

To everyone else, please read next time.

I do not believe that there's a change among white racism and black racism on a private degree. If you're within the avenue calling any one racial slurs it does no longer topic what colour you're. No one colour makes it extra terrible. I believe that a few racist humans in each agencies are daring adequate to be up entrance approximately it and a few are sneaky adequate to be covert approximately it. I do believe that there's a primary change among white institutionalized racism and black institutionalized racism considering the fact that white humans run this nation. I'm certain that there are a few instances in which black owned associations discriminated towards white humans however actually what number of white humans cross to black possess associations besides? We are nonetheless very segregated. Usually the instance I get for a organization that's black owned and discriminatory is BET and any person with part a mind is aware of that BET is owned via VIACOM that's owned via white guys.

yes black people and anyone else can be racist, it is a hatred or superiority towards other races, and not a white invention

Yes I have heard people say this and I have heard the term 'reverse racism' which is a nonsense term.

Any race can be racist. However often the argument gets caught up in the history of traditions of a nation. In USA much of the talk about racism circles around decendent of black slaves and their mistreatment by white slavers, all other races seem to be forgotten and racism seems to only mean white on black racism.

A white tribe can be racist against another white tribe, a black nation or tribe can be racist against another black tribe as the hutus and the tutsis

racism is the modern equivalent of tribalism, one group gathering together in what they have common against another tribe

Sure. 1. Yes. 2. Why are people racist? Because they think that their race is better than another. It's usually thinking with your gut, instead of with your mind. Black people can do that too, any people, I'm sad to say.

I consider myself African American and Black, but not racist. I've heard Black people be called racist. Ok, if you ask me, I believe that a racist is one who believes their ethnicity or nationality to be better than any other. To me, no one is pure anything I believe we're all of some mixed blood, which makes us multicultural or interracial.

In my opinion, everyone has their strengths, everyone has their uniqueness, and everyone has their areas of weakness. Everyone is the same in that way, and it makes no one above another.

Yes. it is a human behavior.
Frankly I think singling out ANY race to ask if they are capable of displaying human behaviour is in itself a racist remark.
I'm sure you were just being curious and hope your'e not being racist, just proving a point to answer your question, that is that ANYONE of any race can be racist.

A racist hates someone for being of a different race . So in theory blacks can hate whites / whites can hate blacks / both can hate purple people. Racism is wrong but it is a fact of life - many people hate/fear what they don't understand and won't take the time to learn.

Everyone is racist, prejudiced, sexist, ageist, etc. We all make judgments about people we don't know, it is how we survive. We trust those that we see as similar to us, and we distrust what we do not know. I am sure most black people hold a slight if not pronounced fear and dislike of people unlike them, just like everyone else.
