Considering that Freddy was gay, I think he just making a cool song up.
Correction, song was written by Brian May. I think Brian May was probably introduced to the "Birds & Bees" by his fat bottomed Nanny and he's paying tribute to her in this song. Plus is has some great guitar pieces in it, which Brian May is the guitarist for Queen.
