You have to be traveling in very tight circles to see any kind of buffalo; not to mention a white buffalo!
You need to post some more details if you want a half-way serious answer. If this is a serious vision the best I can tell you is as follows:
Unless you are part American Indian; you are likely in a vision that belongs to someone else. Still this vision is related to your own end time outcome in the collective human consciousness.
I have a recurring dream of a white buffalo. I have only had it twice over a period of years. However it crops up often now, when I am awake, and I replay the whole thing. Your question keyed another replay.
So I could say that I keep seeing a white buffalo everywhere I go!
But what you see and what I see and what you know and what I know are two different things. Or are they?

The white buffalo is considered a sacred animal to the Sioux tribes, and its appearance was supposed to herald a ne age for the Sioux...one in which their lands and power would be restored, There was a white buffalo born in the early 1990s. Her name was Miracle, and she passed away in 2004. Frankly, though, I doubt the truth of your story.
