I just literally got 7 violation notices for polls that I happened to need the results to. Are they insane? Should I switch to the other site?

You should definetely switch to another site, this site is absolute rubbish and they do this sort of thing all the time, they don't care if you really did break the rules or not.
Use http://www.dizzay.com instead, or a similar site.

I collect violations. I had another one today for calling someone "stupid". It was in the catagory of insulting other participants. Some people need to hear the truth. Sorry.

I'm tired of violation notices..........and if I ever leave, I won't come back......I'll go to Dizzay.com where the people use common sense.

well, there's still hardly any people there, but thats cuz it just started 2 months ago, or somewhere around there...
and yes, they are insane! they deleted my account for no reason!!!

It is a veritble smogasbord of violations.
And they all seem to be rather petty in nature.
