How much would you spend for a birthday card online including PP?
Is it £1.99
Is it £2.99 +

I wouldn't pay more than 2 quid.

I generally buy all cards way ahead when one that seems especially apppropriate regardless of price. Other than that I buy bulk cards blank on the inside and write my own message. The bulk cards are often as little as 8 for a dollar.

dont buy mine online, usually Â£1.50 ish in shop, Â£1.99 i think, if it was good quality
