I’m going to a sweet sixteen and I don’t know if I should wear stockings with my open toe shoes?

I 'm 16 and wore stockings to my Prom last year with open shoes and everybody went nuts. I wore the really sheer kind with a garter belt, and looked like a movie queen.
Ever since I always wear stockings when I dress up, but stay away from the nasty granny hose thpe pantyhose they sell in the drug stores. they look ugly. If you don't wear real sheer stockings with a garter belt, don't wear anything.

I would say no. Once my girlfriend wore stockings that had the toes cut out-I do not know where she got them. Or once she wore a fish net kinda thing, I really liked that. But if you cant find anything like that than it would be best not to wear stockings.

If you are wearing very sheer suntan stockings it can be very sexy if you are dressed up.
The bare-leg thing is pretty much overdone now that it it is almost winter time and the fall fashions are out.

NO! Wear a pair of leggings and either a tunic or a shirtdress that go to mid-thigh. For everything stylish and holy don't pair it with a denim skirt that look was outdone, this summer.
