I would probably be pretty angry I had to spend it but if I had to I would pay off my dad's house, buy my sister the house she wants and buy my mom a home she wants then if anything is left I would buy some necessities I've been doing without like new clothes and household products.

Purchase a paid in full vacation cruise to Alaska for hubby and myself, buy a few new items for the house and garage.
Donate a portion and invest a portion of the leftover proceeds.
