I accidentally blocked a collect call from my son who is in prison. (I dropped the phone when I heard it was him) and when I retrieved the phone, the operator was saying to press 7. I did and then she said to press 6 if I wanted to confirm the block. I never pressed 6 to confirm, but then my phone went dead. I didn't mean to block my son's call or any future calls from him. Please help!!

Collect calls usually dont work on cell phones. Did someone forward the call TO your cellphone? Most prison calls are billed to your long distance provider thru MCI. Try calling MCI and have them check if your number is blocked or not.
