i have a virus on my computer
it wont let me open my internet provider nor let me open my virus protecter
it also will not let me download another one

I had a virus I couldn't get rid of even with AVG then I got an idea. If you have Windows XP do a restore, it worked for me.

BitDefender also has an excellent scanner.

If somehow those dont work, try http://www.mcafee.com and find their online scanner. http://symantec.com also has a scanner.

u can download AVG Anti-Virus and AVG Anti-Spyware....I experienced it and It's the best!!

panda is a good choice and so is kaspersky. these two will find and destroy just about all known viruses and trojans.
