NO. The hormone doses in the modern pill are so low that your body reacts to changes immediately. That's why you need to take the pill at the same time every day, even two to four hours late can throw off how the hormone reacts in your body.
Getting pregnant immediately after going off the pill is very common because your body is so sensitive. That said, most doctors recommend waiting for your body to have one normal cycle and period after stopping the pill to help date the pregnancy from conception. This means that your due date is more likely to be accurate and you'll be less likely to need an early-stage ultrasound.
Good luck!

I am using those pills too. My Dr said it takes around a year after you stop taking them for all the chemicals in your body to correct themselves before you would be able to get pregnant, but by that time it would be ok to fall pregnant.

You should wait three months before attempting to get pregnant once you stop taking birth control pills. And start taking a prenatal vitamin every day too.
