I'm dressing up as a pirate for Halloween but I have absolutely no idea how to do my make up. I'm a sexy pirate so I don't want anything scary but I do want to keep in theme. Does anyone know any good sites with step by step instructions, or pictures of pirate makeup? Or does anyone have any tips?

Well, the idea behind a pirate, first off, is that they didn't wear make-up, so in keeping with that aspect of the idea don't wear any. But do make your outfit sexy as possible. If you are seen with make-up, you will secretly be laughed at. Let your natural beauty show. If you just have to have make-up, keep it to lipstick. A good, dark contrasting color. Like red. Other than that, have a great halloween!

I would say take a tip from Johnny Depp/Jack Sparrow and wear lots of black eyeliner, all the way around your eye, especially around the outside corners. Don't go for a smudgy/smokey effect, nor a goth effect (straight, clean lines). You want something in between.
Also, you could create a scar or cut on your cheek and still look sexy. A nice long red gash down your cheek could actually highlight your cheekbones! They're really easy to do, with a little bit of makeup. You just make a red slash, then outline it with a very pale flesh color. Then you blend that flesh color a little bit. It will look cool.

I would say red lipstick, like a scarlet/dark red, dark eyeliner and purple/grey eye shadow, and really big, gold earrings.

Exaggerate your makeup to look really pretty and put some sparkly stuff on your eye patch. Put something pretty in your hair.

It's like an oxymoron.
Pirates are filthy scoundrels in real life. I know you think Johnny Depp is simply gorgous as a pirate, but the bottom line is PIRATES AREN'T MEANT TO BE SEXY.
Smear dirt and grime all over your face and you will look like the perfect pirate.

How about using eye liner around the eyes quite thick, bronzed face well because they would be in the sun most days....
