Although its proven that vampires are a mathamatical impossibility, I'll give you this. The legend of vampirism began when a treansylvanian ruler named Vlad got a very bad reptation. I dont think they can enter a church or any building thats been blessed.
Some believe they cant enter any threshold without invitation.
