Well every month is different since they vary between 28 & 31 days.
October, specifically has 31 days, so 31 days/7 days per week = 4.3 weeks or 4 weeks and 3 days.

Three weeks mostly,but sometimes four&
sometimes five weeks in a month depending one which month you are refering to.
