im in bball and last year i was 1/2 way good at it but i wuznt perfect! you just gotta practice at it! i mean like ur gonna look at it when it gets 2 ur face!lol! but when you pick up the ball to shoot, on the last bounce before ur shot, bounce it hard enough so that it will bounce to ur shoulders(where ur ball shuld start rite before u shoot) but not above! then u pick it up and u see it rite when u catch it and u can go up 4 a quick shot! crossing over and spin moves are sumthin ur just gonna have to practice. set a goal! get ur dad out there and each time he catches u looking downu have 2 run that many laps around ur driveway or maybe a bball court! then as you get better every time u look down u have 2 run TWO laps!! believe me! if you do this or sumthing else you'll get better in no time and u mite end up the star of your team!!! good luck and hope it works!!!! oh and make me ur best answer plz!!!!!!!!!! cuz this is good information!!

Sounds like you are doing a pretty good job dribbling. The problem is shooting off the dribble. Just find a spot right over the front of the goal and focus on it... dribble right.. right.. keep eyes focused over rim.. then pull up to shoot... Practice is the only thing that's going to help you, I would spend at least 2 hours a day working on your shot. It does not have to be 2 solid hours. I don't mean playing a game I mean working on just your shot maybe someone rebounding for you.

well this is a difficult question because it depends on how much you want to practice. all you can really do is close your eyes, blind fold your eyes, orhave some one to look . in doing this you will find that the dribbling the ball is almost easier because you will have less distractions. But when you first do this it will feel awkward not being able to see anything, so you're going to want to just paractice driblling normally first. After you've perfected that, then you work on the easiest thing first (pick up, between legs, then spin).

Practice dribbling with your eyes closed and get a feel for the ball.

I think you should just stand in the same place and just dribble, then start moving after you stop looking at the ball.

I in most cases seem at there higher frame however thats simply me. I dont love to preserve my head down whilst dribbling. Looking in there eyes wouldnt be a nasty notion both. But whem you pass up for a layup or stepping into for touch thats whilst you desire to recognition at the hoop it doesn't matter what.

When u do a move you dont have to look up. But you just need to practice keeping your head up and knowing where the ball is.

Practice makes perfect i must say. When i comes to ball handling tricks u have to just practice, this way u know when and where the ball is going to reach ur hand again. It is all about muscle memory....

i no wut u mean i am on the high school basketball team and i think wut happens is that when u do a spin or a behind the back under the legs sort of thing u need to look at the ball to see where it is going so u wont lose it or get hit!!!!!!!! i think we dont even mean to do it it just happens all it means is practice not looking down!!!!!!!
