Surely you have more than just his email address you can use to contact him? Home address? Telephone? Cell Phone? His work number? If not then get in touch with his best friends and ask them for his email address. Or, if he ever sent you one that you didn't delete, go to your inbox, find it and call it up. His Email will be on that. When you do get it, email him and ask for a phone number he can be reached at and a mailing address.

simply ask him his email address, or if he is 1000miles away form home then you can ask his friends for it or you can search people in yahoo an get his e-mail address

try going to the website called "returnpath.com" they offer ways of finding emails; you could also try sites like vitalchek.com tho' they do charge a fee.
