Not to set you on the wrong path but i'd go get some xtc and hit a dirty little sweat box of a night club and party till the sun comes up!
Or get away from the computer and visit your friends or help someone, nothing like doing something good for somebody to cheer you up even if it's only bringing a smile to there face!

Howdiiiiiiiiii, hi, I’m Mixer, you know when I’m driving down route 9W bored on a cold autumn day, me and the missus’s always stop at Dickens. Dickens Cider Fruit Stand, they’ve got everything from fruit to vegetables and home made pies but there ain’t nothing like there cider.
Dick inside ‘er, why yes siree, why even though we were late for church last Sunday, she had to have a little Dick inside ‘er.
She says that there ain’t nothing like it, even my minister says his wife enjoys a little Dick inside ‘er, now and then.
Now why don’t you bring some home in a protected red bottle, that way it’ll stay fresh or you could let it sit a while and have some hard Dick inside ‘er.
It’s good at lunch, it’s good at dinner and there’s nothing like waking up with a Dick inside ‘er.
Dickens Fruit Stand just off route 9W and Trencher Road 69, open 24 hours because after a chilly night, I like to snuggle up in bed with a hot Dick inside ‘er. UUUMMM

First of all what is it you like to do? What really makes you feel good about yourself and what you have accomplished? Hang out or talk to others that bring you up, not down in spirit. Even though things are tough try and stay optomistic, the more you do this the easier things will be.

I play depressing music really loud and cry my eyes out and try and get it out of my system. Getting out and seeing people is really important too, don't be on your own too long. Talk about whats depressing you to anyone. Think of good people and nice things they've done for you. Think of people you'd like to make proud and pick yourself up because you know they'd hate to see you down. And make plans for the future, stuff you'd like to do, go on holiday or crazy stuff you just want to do cos you can remember the world is your oyster and you can do anything if you really want it. Oh and don't forget chocolate and Hargendaz, always makes me feel better!

It is hard sometimes.When I am depressed I don't like people to know because they seem to worry about me. I try to write my feeling down and listen to upbeat music. This week I have been calling my mom a lot. It reminds me that there are people out there that love me and my mom and dad are the last people I want to see hurt.

When I'm down I usually smoke a joint and listen to my favorite music. Depending on how bad I feel I'll finish that off with a few beers.

Try not to dwell on what's making you feel down, take your mind off by watching comedies, go see a friend maybe. You'll feel better in the morning. lot's of love. x

When I am feeling down I sometimes write about it, or I think about better times like when my mother was alive and her, my Lil brother and myself was growing together, But the one thing is for sure, when my mother was alive she would always tell me things like, someone some where is having a worst day than you, and the sun will shine soon again.....but when you feeling all down who really wants to hear that right?
It works for me and I do the same thing for my kids now that mom did for me and my brother.................Or you can always turn on the t.v and watch silly cartoons right?...............................

Try listening to upbeat music - really loudly, and sing along at the top of your voice. Either that, or just give in to it, have a good cry, and go sleep.
