To clear this up, it was not a stupid question at all. Most professional sports franchises give replica rings to everyone in the organization when the team wins a championship. This includes not only the cheerleaders, but the mascots, the vendors, marketing personnel, ticket sales, and maintenance and facilities employees.
While the replicas are not 14K gold with diamonds the size of marbles, they are still championship rings.

Broncos' staff and cheerleaders also received championship rings crafted by Jostens. In addition, a collection of commemorative items created by Jostens for Broncos fans is available in the Denver Broncos stores, at Trice Jewelers in Denver, and on the Broncos website at www.denverbroncos.com.

nope they don't.....I have a good friend who was a cheerleader for a professional team and they never got them after the team won the big game. Better question is "why should they? " they didn't do anything to actually help win any of the games..... :^)

its at the owners discretion. when the pats won their super bowls everyone in the organization got one, from the cheerleaders to the secretaries to PR guys. Basically who ever the owners want to give one to. The pats owner even had one taken by the Russian president Vladimir Putin
