Somewhat difficult to answer! I would wish to still have my 2 great grandmothers & great grandfathers and one of my grandfathers and grandmothers were still living. They were the biggest influence in my life and after many years I still miss them immensely.
I would wish my granddaughter who would be 10 in November was still alive and I had been able to see a cure for the MDS she had.
I know you said no money but...I would wish to have enough money to make sure my kids and grandkids are comfortable and myself also so that the struggles of our existance would lessen.
If I ever won a lottery or something like that I would take care of that and my best friends family who really struggles. Her husband had a heart transplant and due to a work issue can not work. She has 2 kids and only a high school education and is the sole bread winner. It is very stressful for her.
I would also wish to finish my novel and that it were published and loved by people!
And of course World Peace! But mostly World Human Diversity Acceptance. It would really stink if we were all the same!

If I could choose then I would chose the world of cartoon because there is no bad things in the cartoon world.

i would wish for there to be no child abusers/molesters in the world. so every mother could sleep with peace knowing there kids were safe from that.

Cure for cancer. So many people in my family have died from the nasty disease and there is a benefit in town today for a 13 year old with leukemia.....SO sad...:(

A little chihuahua I saw in the pet store a couple of months ago.
I was really close to buying him, but my mom said no.

I wish for collettex6 to get that chihuahua she wants,
I have three chihuahuas and they are wonderful and loyal pets. I don't know what I would do without my three little fat girls.
