The sad truth is I've only recently figured out how to check back on my answers and I didn't even really look at the thumbs down and thumbs up. I do however look back and occasionally regret that I didn't pay enough attention to the question or that I answered a question when I wasn't really in a mood that was in accordance with the question. Besides I'd never thumbs down someone's comments even if I was really disgusted by the answer, it's not in my nature.

No, I don't. But if I see an answer that I didn't think was relevant or one that I totally disagreed with, I give it a thumbs-down. Thumbs-down doesn't mean that it is a 'bad' answer, per se, just that it's something you disagree with.

No. Sometimes i see my answers get thumbs down but why should I care? I don't give thumbs down as often as before. Karma always gets me back. aahahahahaha. so i try to resist myself from not insulting others. I do it rarely now.
