Sticky EGR valve, or a vacuum hose came off somewhere causing lean condition.

With the car idleing, pop the hood and listen for a sucking noise around the intake manifold.

Feel around for an open vacuum port that a hose may have come off of.

They probably left something unplugged. To get to the spark plugs on certain vehicles sometimes you have to take off other parts to get to them. Like some of the others said you should take your dodge back to the place that did the service. That is what I would do.

Evidently the tune up didn't work, you need to take it back in and tell them just that. It is probably not getting enough gas or the mixture of gas is too thin or too rich, could be the 02 sensor. Check it out.

Where did you get the tune-up "joe's backyard fix em ups" or what? Take it back to the parts replacer that worked on it and tell him to find a mechanic next time!

Take it back to whomever did the repairs on it , and if they are any kind of business person, they should make the adjustments for you at no additional charge.

if it runs good above idle, it could be the idle air control valve, egr opening or weak, vacuum leak, etc.

what eng. do you have 2.4L or 2.5L it needs to have champion plugs and you need to have the wires checked for track marks which will cause problems

best thing to do is find a nice deep lake and roll it into neutral
