Most people would say it's Aishwarya Rai. Julia Roberts did call her "the world's most beautiful woman". Personally, I think Preity Zinta is pretty in a sweet way. Rani Mukherji is really pretty as well.

That's 2. Angelina was recently declared the most beautiful actress, beating out Julia Roberts.
In the past - there was an annual 'pick'. One of the last to be chosen this way was Raquel Welch, but for the greats, there was Ava Gardner, Gene Tierney, Lana Turner [called the 'Sweater Girl'], and Marilyn Monroe. They all had serious mental problems and horrendous personal lives.
