I saw them when I was shopping at a Spirit store. Spirit is a Halloween store that is only open during the Halloween season, and they move from year to year. But I definitely remember seeing one. I'm pretty sure you could be able to buy them from the online store www.spirit.com, but I don't know how long it would take to ship it to you.

Yes I've seen them at Party City and some Super Walmarts have them. You might even want to try a Walgreens too.
