it is always possible to find a place to masturbate. In yoru edroom, in the bathroom or a shower, in the woods or a park, in a bathroom at school or work. Anywhere you can masturbate without being interrupted by someone who doesn't understand.
And yes I am not ruling out masturbating even if you share a room at home or in a dorm; just discuss it with your roommate and get their views and then arrange some mutually convenient times when you can do it.
Otherwise, the substitutes for self-masturbation are
a) mutual which means doing it together with another.
b)having sex with someone even if not married
or
c) if you don't like premarital sex, then find someone to marry and have lots of sex.

If you cannot get a proper place to masturbate, then you can
pay for sex with a prostitute, but make sure you put on a
condom for safe sex.
