It depends on how the date went. If Dragon feels like the date went well enough to warrant a kiss, she might. She also wants to be sure that the person she is with will not take the kiss as permission for anything more at that point.

A hug is more likely than a kiss.

Yes, but I would not have if I had'nt known him as long as I did. If you just met this person, then wait till at least the third date to kiss or if you are in the moment

why not its only a kiss people go all the way usually so dont feel bad about a kiss if it feels right smooch away but kissing usually leads to other things so be careful

From my personal experiences, i think its ok to kiss as long as it does not exceed KISSING on the first date!
