OK, here's the issue. My ex-husband had a small penis. In fact, it was so small that 99% of the time it would be inside of his body making the "extra belly button" He was also very overweight. My question is though, what causes this? Is it the weight alone or is there more issues at hand? Please give only serious answers... If you are just going to leave a joke find a different question to laugh about.

Yes, when we had intercourse it did come out. We produced a very healthy normal child and did not have to "try" to have kids. He was very fertile....

The reason it seems to be "inside" is due to his weight for sure.
He may have a small penis regardless of the size of his body...But if he is overweight...that fat will surround his penis...basically making it look like its inside. If he were to lose weight he would gain inches in that area.
