I am having a halloween party for thirteen-year-olds and it might rain! If it doesnt rain we'll have a fire, but if it does what am I supposed to do to provide entertainment? We have an airhockey table, and a TV.... and thats about all I can think of. No cheesy games for thirteen-year-olds, please. The birthday girl doesnt like stuff like that.

Thanks so much!

That depends on how many people are coming and your budget for the party. If you know for sure it is going to rain in time, one thing I personally would do would be to set up a sort of "Haunted House". It's fairly easy to turn off the lights and cover the windows in the house. If you have enough chaperones, they can dress up and scare the kids in each room. Or you could make up a sort of hunt, where the kids have to search for different things in the dark house. Cheaper and easier decorations include cotton spider webs, plastic cauldrons, little fake spiders and/or bugs, and dramatic colored lightbulbs.
If the scary approach isn't really your thing, you could do a simple indoor-Halloween theme, with maybe a bobbing for apples pit, costume contest, and of course candy. Brainstorm and I'm sure you'll come up with something. Here's hoping your party is a success!

Scare the hell out of them, get freinds to dress up hideously and put on a show, horror storries, food, sardines(the game) can be great fun if your house is big enough in complete darkness.
